I originally got into massage so that I could help others on a one-on-one basis. This complements my experience as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor, in which I assisted others in developing their abilities. I am also interested in optimal performance, allowing the body the opportunity to function at its best. I graduated from a 2,200-hour program and am fully qualified to address soft-tissue based dysfunction in the body.
As a therapist I am fully committed to client-centric care. In this, my number one concern is identifying and addressing the needs of the client. I am adept in deep tissue massage, which focuses on loosening up tight muscles and working through built up adhesions. I am also knowledgeable in various therapeutic modalities, such as myofascial work, MET and trigger point release. Finally, I take great pride in developing injury management programs. These focus around identifying the area of concern, addressing restrictions through treatment and solidifying results through homecare.
I look forward to working with you and helping you get back to living your best life!
