No Show & Cancellation Statement

Unfortunately not showing (no-show) for an appointment is increasing in frequency in many professions and specifically our clinic. This is at great cost to the therapist, our business and to the clients that need that appointment.

In order to prevent a raise in cost per treatment to cover this loss, which will affect our loyal clients, we have taken steps to safeguard against these costs. Starting immediately we will require a credit card with every booking. As a courtesy we send text messages and an email as well as a call the night before to remind you of your treatment.

If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment please call and let the clinic know so we can reschedule you and rebook that appointment time. We require at least 24 hours notice and failure to provide this amount of time will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment fee to your credit card. If a client does not show up for their appointment, they will be charged 100% of their treatment fee. Please remember these costs will not be reimbursed by your insurance company.

In the case of same day bookings, clients must notify the clinic within the hour of booking if they find that this time does not work for them or the same “no-show” policy will apply.
After three consecutive no-shows for an appointment, the clinic has the right to terminate its relationship with you.

Changing therapists
24 hours notice is required to change from one therapist to another. If this change occurs after the 24 hours, then a late cancellation fee will be paid to the initial therapist.
