I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Amanda last night

Pros:

Lady at the front desk was super nice
Amanda has a very nice t-shirt
Amanda totally hit the mark and addressed my concerns
My shoulders and back are infinitely less tight, and I feel good this morning
I am going back for a cupping treatment soon

Cons

Need to figure out how to get dance mix 95/some early 2000 rap music to replace the spa music for deep tissue massages, maybe even lets the bodies hit the floor.

Donna was very good at understanding that my body didn't need deep tissue right away, given I hadn't had a massage in a while; though I assume deep tissue would be more beneficial. Instead, I experienced a well-done therapeutic massage for my current muscle pains.

Mary Anne was excellent! Highly recommend. Will see you next time.
